I’ve been on the hunt to find jeans that actually fit… and low and behold, anytime you are looking for something you can’t ever find it, right? (and that’s in all avenues of life too) Well, I stumbled into H&M looking for sweaters and found jeans that are in stock with my size. The style is very different from what I usually wear but having H&M be on trend most of the time, I decided to try out some Wide High Jeans. Being more petite this style can atrocious to my body type however, since they are high waisted I decided to try them out.
Still not sure how I feel or if I should cut them to be frayed. For now, I will leave them clean to appease my Coastal Grandma aesthetic, ya know.
For the life of me cannot find these Wide High Jeans (khaki) online but they are available in select stores. I also purchased them in this light denim blue wash w/ the distressed knee. I’ve never been a blue jean kinda gal, let alone khaki but as one’s style can evolve I figured why not jump in the deep end with a double combo of a wide leg cut that blue and khaki.
Inspiration behind this look was, well, to wear the khaki jeans but keep it CG, so paired it with this thrifted vintage J.Crew sports button down but make it Chicago business woman friendly with New Balance 574 runners.
