Do you ever have that one go-to spot for a food craving? Nothing else can quench the craving though but that specific food place. Just Be Kitchen is that for me. I found them a few years back when I was living closer to their first location at 15th St., so when I moved, I was gutted as I wouldn’t be able to have my weekly Fulfilled breakfast burrito from them. Instead, it became once in a blue moon burrito.
Fast forward to the present, Just Be Kitchen has just opened their second location right near me as if they knew what I’ve been wanting. A full 360 walk-thru here’s my Insta Reel of it! I should’ve added this spot to my weekend Denver Guide post.
Their tagline is serving mindful mouthfuls from a conscious kitchen and that is what they just do.

When it comes to eating healthy and or healthier, sometimes they can have those so-called healthy ingredients but then also replace what was taken out with even worse ingredients. At Just Be Kitchen, they take out the bad stuff and replace it with true nutritional value creating a menu for all to enjoy including those who are Keto, AIP, Vegan, and Vegeterian. Not to mention they’re the only restaurant in Colorado that is Whole 30 approved. Their kitchen is also 100% gluten, grain, and refined sugar-free, 99% dairy-free, coconut oil, and olive oil only + 100% soy, legume, peanut, and corn free.
If you don’t know where to start my suggestion is their Fulfilled Burrito – SCRAMBLED EGGS*, SAUSAGE, ‘CHEDDAR WIZ’, PALEO TORTILLA, SWEET POTATO HASH, PORK OR VEGGIE GREEN CHILI, CILANTRO, SCALLION, JALAPEÑO.
Check out their full menu here.

Move over Chiptole and Qdoba, there’s a new tortilla/breakfast burrito in town and it’s made with almond flour-deliciousness. If you don’t end up ordering the burrito you must order a side of tortilla purely for its flavor and texture of it.
Highly suggest catering from them for your next wedding, day-of food for the bridal/groom party, and or just party. You won’t regret it! Check out their catering options here.
